It can be scary coming to a class for the first time, if you have never practiced Qigong.

 

Private lessons therefore will give you much more confidence, and you will have my full attention. I will also be able to adjust the exercises to your needs.

You will learn Qigong either in the privacy of your home or via Zoom.

The cost for a one-to-one one-hour class at your home is £40 plus travel if you live further away from the Southampton area. A private, one-hour Zoom class costs £25.
